Joe has amassed an incredible amount of expertise as a result of having played numerous roles in the repipe industry spanning over four decades. After a few years running a pipe replacement office, he was tasked with running the multi-family division as Regional Manager for eight different offices covering 20+ states.

Throughout his career, Joe has managed some of the most demanding repipe projects his previous employer has encountered.  In 2009, Joe was asked to start a repipe division in Hawaii to tackle one of the first, and extremely high-end high-rise repipe projects in the country.  Joe has completed a large volume of class action work resulting from failed piping to overseeing complicated DWV repipes. Early in his career, he realized that customer satisfaction is paramount, and truly fashioned his career strive to achieve that very goal, whether it is one home, or 10,000 units; one building or 45+ buildings.  His specialty is in helping to implement many new processes and procedures, safety and quality assurance protocols, and client communications programs, with the ever-present underlying goal of Customer Satisfaction.

Joe has been part of a variety of radio talk shows dedicated to plumbing defects. He was a guest on the HGTV show “Location, Location, Location” where he was featured as an expert on repiping renovations.
