Dan has over 30 years’ experience in the repipe industry. As Senior Vice President of Operations at a large multi-family repipe company, he was responsible for the supervision and management of labor force that successfully completed over a 100,000 repipes.

Repipes ranged from tens of thousands of single-family homes, to hundreds of garden style apartment and condominium complexes, to dozens of high rise buildings in various cities across the country. The type of work under his supervision varied from domestic water replacement, hydronic piping replacement, and drain, waste, & vent replacement. All work was turnkey and completed while all units were occupied. In the span of over 30 years, he estimated and supervised work in twenty-nine states and Canada.

Dan was directly involved with multiple class actions across the country working to provide homeowners and property managers with relief from defective plumbing issues. With his extensive knowledge of pricing and efficient repiping procedures he has testified as an expert witness in class action cases in Texas, Georgia and Arizona.
