When the CPVC supply piping at Garden Senior Village began showing its age, property ownership moved forward with a full domestic water supply system replacement to protect residents from future leaks and disruptions. Coordinating two full system replacements within a single, resident-occupied high-rise required precise scheduling and constant communication with property management to keep daily life running smoothly from the ground floor to the 36th.

The project included an in-unit repipe as well as replacement of the exterior mains feeding each building, ensuring a comprehensive, long-term solution.
