Project Overview

Repipe Specialists completed a full repipe at The Retreat at Lakeland, a garden-style community, addressing ongoing issues tied to aging infrastructure and piping system. The project included an in-unit repipe as well as replacement of the exterior mains feeding each building, ensuring a comprehensive, long-term solution. Work was executed using a stack-by-stack approach within each building, followed by a building-to-building sequence, allowing for an efficient and organized rollout across the community. While the project followed a standard scope, the team maintained a strong focus on coordination, consistency, and minimizing disruption to residents—delivering a smooth and successful execution from start to finish.
