Project Overview

Repipe Specialists successfully completed a full repipe of 404 units at Sofi Ocean Hills, a garden-style community owned by Pacific Urban Investors. The project began in December 2024 and was completed in April 2025, delivered on time and ahead of schedule with minimal disruption to residents.

The community had been experiencing ongoing issues with leaking copper pipes, prompting ownership to take proactive steps toward a long-term solution. Repipe Specialists worked in close coordination with the on-site team from Sofi Property Management, ensuring clear communication, efficient scheduling, and a smooth project execution.
