Project Overview

When the CPVC supply piping at Garden Senior Village began showing its age, property ownership moved forward with a full domestic water supply system replacement to protect residents from future leaks and disruptions. Repipe Specialists replaced the existing CPVC with Uponor PEX across all 122 units over the course of five months. As a senior living community, the project called for a heightened level of care and attentiveness, from how crews entered and moved through each home to how they communicated with residents about daily work schedules and expectations. The team took extra steps to protect personal belongings, maintain clean workspaces, and ensure every resident felt informed and respected throughout the process.
